Joint method: Arm rest rod joint with the post by welding; the posts were jointed with transverse pipe by welding.
Pedal: Pedal sets anti-surge protect board on the directions of the pedal movement and apt to surge; the protect board is 30mm in height and with a length of 2/3 of the perimeter of the pedal; the thickness of the protect board is 2mm and the edge of it is with a circle curving.
Ball bearing: The surface finishment has been through the slack quench process, and the hardness is 35¡ª40 HRC.
